I’m Unravelling

For the next 8 weeks, I get to connect with people all over the world while discovering new ways of seeing myself through photography, thanks to Susannah Conway’s Unravelling e-course. I’ve been looking forward to this for a while now and can’t wait to get started!

Musepreneur

I’ve recently started following Susannah Conway’s blog, Ink on my fingers, because of her interview that was featured on The Creative Mama (my bff’s blog). Her words and photography sucked me in to reading post after post after post, trying to catch up with all the inspiration she offers to her readers.

Susannah is doing a series of weekly Creative Life interviews and yesterday’s interviewee, Jennifer Lee, was amazing! She’s a life coach who uses artistic ways of working with her clients. She’s also the author of the Right-Brain Business Plan ebook which gives you permission to create your plan in any way that inspires you. This is something I need to do! I’ll definitely be purchasing this ebook.

Here’s an excerpt from the interview:

What’s a musepreneur?

A musepreneur is a creative entrepreneur who uses her right-brain intuition and inspiration to launch and grow a business or any endeavor. She has fun following her passions and making a living doing what she loves.

I want to be a musepreneur.

Final Project

I’m in a Digital Imaging class right now and this was my final project for the first half of the semester. I’ll admit that I procrastinated more than I should have and waited till about 2 hours before class to start. BAD idea. The feeling of making yourself be creative is not pleasant. I have a horrible headache right now, probably induced by stress.

Arggghhh. Fortunately, I felt it was post-worthy.

Final Project

Quaker Life Cereal

Thursday was my last night of class [for the summer] and I had to turn in my final project. I made a book about life.

Here is the outcome:

Help Me

Please.

For my final project in my Digital Photography class, I’m making a handmade book of portraits, portraying the growth & aging process of humanity. I also want to capture the many emotions we face through our experiences in life.

If:

1. You are human.
2. You want to help me.
3. You want free photos of yourself.

…please contact me and let me know you’re interested! I need people of all ages.

This project is due Thursday, July 31st, so I have to start shooting asap.

Thanks!
